Our studio is located in Burien, WA. You can make an online appointment here. All designs can be made to fit all budgets. Pricing is determined by quantity, type of paper, printing type and accessories. Most quotes are given on the spot and/or you can find pricing online for same/similar package styles/contents. |

Deposit to begin / Payment in full (for specialty) If you like our designs and/or our custom style sounds like a good fit, we'll move forward with your deposit of 50%. Deposits are non-refundable once we begin working. We'll collect all your information in this stage or you can email us your information. We'll order sample materials so that we can prepare and be ready for your hard copy proof. If preferred, you may pay your full amount at this time. Payment is due in full on RUSH projects, specialty processes such as foil, letterpress, & laser cut. |

Proofing Stage For ready-made designs, first proofs will be sent within 3 days (or sooner). For custom designs, please allow up to 2 weeks for first proofs. All digital proofs/options (round 1) are emailed. Reviewing and feedback is exchanged and up to two additional rounds of proofs are sent. You are entitled to one complimentary hard copy proof which is mailed (USPS Priority) or you can swing by to view in person. You may choose to skip this step and we'll proceed to finalization with approval. |

The Magic Making Happens Once we receive your final approval(s), we'll proceed with creating your invitations and/or special items. This includes and/all printing, special processes or material additions, envelope printing. This takes approximately 7-10 days but it will not usually be longer than two weeks for the entire process. Anything sooner than 1 week is considered a rush. It can be done at an additional fee. All items are made and sent to you unstuffed but can be fully assembled/stuffed for a small additional fee. |

Completion & Final Payment (if applicable) Once we have completed your order, we are ready to ship or items will be ready for pick-up in our studio. Free shipping/delivery is available in Washington state. At this time, please ensure we have a current address if we are mailing. For either option, payment is due before these pretty creations leave our hands. |
