When will I see proofs?
Previews are not available immediately online. Instead, proofs will worked on by a real person and emailed to your provided email. This happens 24-72 hours of your order placement and/or receipt of final wording/information. Proofs / emails thereafter move much quicker.

When should I order?
We recommend ordering as you have your date and venue confirmed. During peak season it may be up to 4 months for items to be completed and sent. Because we are local, we do our own printing, and are quick in production, we are able work with shorter timeframes and can do as little as a few days before needing your invitations with a rush fee. For reception & ceremony items, we can complete with as little as 2-4 days before you need your items. All other items such as single invitation cards, save the dates, door hangers, thank you cards, tags, etc. will have a shorter turnaround time and are usually sent in 3-5 business days from the time of your proof approval (if applicable). How long until I receive my order?
Your order will not be more than 2 weeks after the approval of your proofs. Most orders are shipped in 1-5 days after approval. There are exceptions to this such as specialty printing & processes, specialty materials/laser cutting, sets that have more cards, components, assembly is a little trickier, or when proofs are not reviewed/approved in a timely manner. Again, this will vary during peak wedding season: January - September. 

​Can you sell just the artwork so I can print it myself (aka downloadable DIY designs/digital files).
Sorry, at this time we do not sell any files/artwork. We have spent way too many hours creating our unique style and designs. For that reason, we kindly decline the sell of DIY files/designs and apologize for any inconvenience. Upon ordering, we handle all aspects of your order from beginning to final printing.

I've designed my own invitations, can you print them?
Yes, we can print your own design but with a few restrictions/rules. 1-There is a $25+ file handling fee, 2-You have permission from the artist for all files and images to be printed and/or reproduced or 3-These are your creations and photos, images, clip art which means they are your own (by creation or buying). We will not print anything that is a direct copy or use artwork/images that infringe upon another individual or company's work. A form will be sent for signature before we proceed. Do you sell the paper and envelopes (materials only) so I can print myself?
Yes, we can sell just the materials you need so you can do it yourself. Please come in to view the papers we carry or call ahead for more information on the exact item you are looking for. We have our house stocks but also have various paper company swatch books to review. We carry our most frequently used cover stocks and envelopes but do not have a large inventory for specialty papers. We offer great bulk rates and recommend ordering more than what you'll need the first time since you receive best per piece cost when buying in bulk.

We are able to offer suggestions, answer basic questions but should you need information that will require a full, in depth consultation regarding your specific project, our rate is $35 an hour. For design and/or help with design, our rate begins at $75 an hour but we prefer to discuss your project to determine a flat rate fee for no surprises on both parties.

Do you carry the Envelopments Line (including designs), Paper Source or other specialty paper lines?
Sorry, we do not. We can source the paper products for you or offer alternatives. Envelopment designs are their own designs and only those carrying the line can use those designs. We design/create our own designs not found in other catalogs or shops but we may have something similar or completely different that you may like.

Do you offer calligraphy?
Yes, we offer digital calligraphy and handwritten calligraphy. Digital calligraphy is printing directly onto your envelopes. Cost for these is $.45 for return address on the RSVP or mailing envelope flap or $1.25 per mailing envelope for printing both return and guest addressing (variable data and must be done at the same time). Addresses should be submitted in their final format (not responsible for misspelled words, titles, zip codes) via Excel, Numbers, Word, Pages, or text document that we can import into our software.

How much is postage?
First-class rate applies to our basic invite + rsvp sets. Prices go up and require EXTRA POSTAGE on pocket folders, pouch pockets, layered invitations/invitation packages with three or more cards, pocket folders with accessories and/or ribbon, AND all square invitations. If purchasing postage in advance or custom postage, we strongly recommend waiting until your invitations are in hand or until we have completed your order in your materials for weighing. An estimate using a previously printed version can be used but we do not guarantee final weight until your project is completed. Papers/envelopes vary slightly in final weight and post office scale calibrations also vary slightly from one post office to another. Anything square is an automatic surcharge and RSVP post cards require less postage than RSVP cards with envelopes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Citlali Creativo accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via phone, in person or by invoice through Square. We also accept payments via Paypal. Cash is also accepted but as of January 1, 2017, we no longer accept any checks. 10% tax will be added to ALL WA state printed orders.

Do you take payments or offer a payment plan?
Yes, we can break up amounts into payments (up to 3 with prior discussion) with any/all balances paid for at the time of pick-up and/or prior to items being shipped. No product will leave our office until balance has been paid for - no exceptions. This is valid on full purchase price only and does not apply to orders that receive discounts. This includes online discounts, holiday or other specials, wedding show discounted rate(s), Black Friday, or the like.

Are you hiring?
We're not hiring at this moment but appreciate your interest in Citlali Creativo. While we may not have openings, we do keep a select handful of people that we call upon as needed for custom projects. If your hours are flexible (may vary from day/nights/weekends) and you'd like your name added to this list, we'd love to hear from you. Please email us your name, a little about yourself, paper knowledge (if any), assembly skills experience (can train if you've got the eye) and any other qualifications deemed fit for our little shop.
