Purchase of our RUSH ORDER are for those needing their invitations done in the quickest manner. Holidays are not included in timeframe. Rule of thumb for closure: If the bank is closed, our paper warehouse will be closed resulting in us not being able to obtain paper/material to work on your project thus, we will be closed.

Production is for completion: within 7 business days (or less) from the time of final approval. Proofing stage is automatically expedited and will include Sundays.

SMALL SET ORDER RUSH FEE ::  $100

MEDIUM SET ORDER RUSH FEE ::  $150

LARGE SET ORDER RUSH FEE ::  $225
Production / Proofs on invitation sets with 2 or more cards AND 151-225 quantity

LARGE SET ORDER PLUS RUSH FEE ::  $275

1─ Add this listing to your cart along with your deposit / purchase for any of our items

2─ Proceed with normal checkout process

3─ Please submit your details/text information directly to orders@citlalicreativo.com and a digital proof will be sent in 24 hours or less.

Order information/details to be submitted:
─ The date you need your invitations
─ Design / Style (include link/information in order)
─ Any additional items / services needed (such as addt'l cards, address printing, etc.)
─ Special changes/requests to papers and colors. If you would like to see additional fonts, please include that in the notes and I will email you a font list direct to your email address upon checkout)
─ If you need assistance with wording, please submit known details above and we'll be in touch.

IMPORTANT: Full orders or those with deposits are always placed into schedules first. Custom sample purchases are accepted next and all others thereafter. Anything less than three weeks for your invitation/program order is considered a RUSH. Should a delay occur from the time of a deposit purchase, this will also delay your order but your project is guaranteed accepted. We encourage purchasing a deposit to hold a spot during peak times - JANUARY - SEPTEMBER.

An INQUIRY for more information/estimate DOES NOT constitute project acceptance nor does that BEGIN any type of turnaround. TURNAROUND TIMES begin upon receipt of payment/deposit AND receipt of your final wording. NOT from the time messaging begins.

Projects are accepted daily and a limited number of "RUSH" orders are made available per month. Please contact us to make sure we can accommodate and/or fit your rush into our schedule. We have a physical location and an online shop so three (3) spots today may mean no spots tomorrow since we need to accommodate our local couples as well.

This RUSH FEE is non-refundable, is in addition to your total and MUST be purchased along with a listing in order to begin. It is NOT applied towards an order but instead expedites the entire PROCESS & HANDLING of your project. This means we're bumping others to concentrate on your order. Any/all balances are due upon completion and prior to shipping out your order.

Contact us as soon as you run into any issues with your invitations to avoid this additional fee. Communication is very important during a rush and to stay on schedule. Any orders with no response within 4 business days, will be cancelled. You may also call direct at 206 420-1236.

After submitting your details, you will receive digital proofs for all items before anything is sent into printing/production.
